In the town of Monterosso, you will find many historic buildings, each having their own unique and distinguished history. The history that is linked to this ancient terrace “antica terrazzo”, belongs to the Motto family, who have owned this property throughout many generations.
Most of the townspeople from Monterosso are extremely tied to this building, being that it was once the town elementary school.
There are 4 comfortable rooms, all equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and private bathrooms. The ancient terrace takes it’s name from the view that it allows over one of the most characteristic squares in Monterosso. Where everyday you can experience and enjoy typical scenes of old Ligurian daily life, almost as if you were watching it on stage.
