On a small characteristic stone paved street in the historical center of Monterosso, you can appreciate many tasty different kind of baked focaccia-bread, topped with fresh vegetables such as onions, spinaches, eggplants and zucchini.
Focaccia bread also comes with herbs as oregano, sage, rosemary, and with olive paste, anchovy paste and the local homemade "Pesto" sauce.
